What is your role here at Lotus?

I am one part of the amazing jewelry production team here at Lotus. On a daily basis, I am inspired to learn and execute new ways of metalsmithing to produce the stunning fashion pieces our company offers. As a bonus, I love food and treats and am often referred to as the studio’s “snack fairy.”

What inspires you as a designer?

At Lotus, being surrounded by such positive and unique personalities is the core of my inspiration. From a technical aspect, nature and geometrical shapes are the key element to most of my designs. I enjoy symmetry and creating pieces that are aesthetically pleasing.

What are some fun facts about yourself that you would love for people to know about you?

I am very creative and crafty. There isn’t a craft I’m not determined to master whether it be painting, resin art, jewelry making, hair styling, the list is endless. Before discovering metalsmithing, I attended school to be a hair stylist but, became a beauty school dropout once I began working in my first shop. Now, I am attending online classes at GIA, studying to become a Graduate Gemologist. My hobbies include hanging out with my two cats, making art, modeling, and anxiously anticipating my next trip to Disney World.
